Your coach
I'm Vanessa - a marketing consultant for small businesses with 15+ years experience helping businesses grow online. I've worked with everyone from solo founders to established brands, and I bring the same level of rigour and honesty to every session.
I don't do generic advice. I look at your specific business, your audience, your market, and I tell you exactly what I think - and what I'd do if it were mine.
Before you book
Why a Block of 3, and why upfront?
Real change takes more than one conversation. Three months gives you time to learn something, try it, and come back with questions. It's paid upfront at $700 AUD (usually $900), which keeps it simple and keeps us both committed.
What access do you need to my accounts?
View-only access, so I can see exactly what's going on. That means Google Search Console, GA4, your email platform and Meta. I can't change anything, and you can remove my access whenever you like. You only share the platforms that relate to what we're working on.
Can I change the focus each month?
Yes. Maybe it's email in month one, social media in month two and reviews in month three. You choose, and we change direction whenever you need to.
What does each month include?
About an hour of prep from me, a 90 minute session on Google Meet, and about an hour of follow-up with written notes and documentation. You also get a checklist to work from, or a complimentary marketing dashboard built in Claude.
How is this different from the 1-1 Marketing Session?
The 1-1 Session is one 90 minute session built around the questions you bring. The Block of 3 is for learning something properly over three months, with prep and notes each time.
Do I need a live website or existing marketing before I book?
It helps, but it's not essential. If you're pre-launch, we'll start with the foundations and build from there.
Can I buy a Block of 3 for someone on my team?
Yes. A Block of 3 works well for a new hire or freelancer who needs to stay on track. They get the sessions, and you get the confidence that they're building the right foundations. Get in touch and we'll set it up.
Will you do the work for me?
No. This is strategy and coaching. You leave with the foundations, the strategy and the skills to do it yourself. If you want it run for you, I can point you to the right kind of person.
