Why is there a 3-month minimum, and what happens if it's not the right fit?
Real strategic marketing needs more than a few weeks to show its impact, three months is enough time to build the foundations and start seeing momentum. At the end of month three we review together and decide honestly whether to continue, adjust, or wrap up. No lock-in beyond that.
I'm just starting out and don't have consistent revenue yet. Is this too soon for me?
