Everything is billed at a clear day rate, phase by phase, starting with a data review so the strategy is built on evidence, not guesswork. Nothing sits in a slide deck you never open again. If it's not moving your business forward, we adjust the plan together, not wait months to find out.
How does the day rate work, and why is there a 3-month minimum once we get to ongoing support?
Every phase, from the data review through to Claude build out and foundations, is billed at $1,100 AUD a day, with time allocation agreed upfront. Once we move into Phase 4, ongoing execution, real strategic marketing needs more than a few weeks to show its impact, so three months is enough time to build momentum. We review together at the 3-month mark and decide honestly whether to continue, adjust, or wrap up.
What if I don't know what to prioritise or what my marketing even needs yet?
That's what Phase 1 is for. I audit your current marketing, map out where the real opportunities are, and hand you a written strategic proposal setting out priorities and how the following phases should be scoped. You don't need to arrive with a plan, that's part of what you're paying for.
I already handle marketing myself, or I have a team. Won't this just repeat what we already know?
